Frequently Asked Questions
ORDERING & PICKUP
Q: Do I need to sort my laundry?
A: No — one bag is fine. Add a note for delicates or hang-dry items.
Q: Do I need to be home for pickup/delivery?
A: Not usually. Leave your bag in the agreed spot and we’ll text when we’re close. For delivery, we’ll leave it in the same spot unless otherwise noted.
Q: What if I miss my pickup?
A: If we arrive and there’s nothing to collect and we can’t reach you, a small fee may apply to cover driver time. You can reschedule in the app.
TURNAROUND
Q: How fast is return?
A: Next-day is standard. Rush/same-day is offered in Englehart when slots are open; book early to secure a window.
CARE & PRODUCTS
Q: Can you handle sensitive skin?
A: Yes. Choose fragrance-free or hypoallergenic options in your profile.
Q: Stains?
A: Flag them in your notes and separate if possible. We’ll pre-treat at no extra cost; heavy stains may need multiple attempts and aren’t guaranteed.
Q: Hockey gear too?
A: Yes — washable items get a proper clean plus sanitizing and odour control. Ask about best practice for non-washable hard gear.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
Q: How do you bill by weight?
We weigh after before and after drying for accuracy. Specialty items (comforters, duvets, heavy blankets) are priced per piece.
SERVICE AREA & ACCESS
Q: Do you serve just Englehart?
A: We’re based in Englehart and also serve nearby communities. Ask about your address.
