Operational terms adapted for THE CLOTHESPIN LAUNDRY
A) HIGHLIGHTS
• Wash & Fold minimum billable weight: 20 lb.
(Orders below are billed as 20 lb.)
• Delivery fees vary by area and order size;
exact figures shown at checkout.
• Payment is required prior to redelivery/completion.
• Admin fees: $20 for failed payments/invoicing;
$10 for failed pickup attempts.
• Late fees: 3% monthly interest on unpaid balances.

B) ORDERING, CANCELLATIONS & MISSED PICKUPS
• You can cancel/reschedule up to 2 hours before pickup/delivery at no charge.
• Late cancellations may incur a $20 fee.
• If we arrive and there’s no laundry to collect (and we can’t reach you), a $10 failed pickup fee applies.
• We text ahead for pickups; please leave bags in the agreed location.
C) PAYMENTS & INVOICING
• Cards accepted; a valid payment method must be on file.
• If payment fails, we may invoice and add a $20 admin fee.
• For orders over $200, prepayment may be required before redelivery; otherwise the order is held securely.
• Tips are optional and handled in-app/online (if enabled by your platform).
D) SATISFACTION & REMEDIES
• Let us know within 48 hours of delivery about any service issues (e.g., something not cleaned right, a mix-up, or damage from our process).
• We will re-clean or provide a refund/credit equal to the cleaning cost of the affected items (see Liability Limits).
E) LIABILITY LIMITS & EXCLUSIONS
• Wash-and-fold items: liability is limited to 10× the cleaning cost of the affected item(s).
• Specialty items (comforters, etc.): liability is limited to 2× the cleaning cost.
• Not responsible for: items left in pockets; undisclosed special-care items; normal laundering effects (shrinkage, colour fade); pre-existing damage; or any indirect/consequential damages.
• Please avoid sending irreplaceable items; tell us if anything needs special handling.
F) CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Empty pockets; separate delicates or hang-dry items; add stain notes at booking.
• Provide accurate access information (codes, entry notes) and leave bags at the agreed spot.
• Ensure items are suited to machine washing and drying unless otherwise arranged.
G) PROMOTIONS, REFERRALS & LOYALTY
• Promotions/discounts can’t be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Referral credits apply only to valid, eligible referrals.
• Loyalty points (if offered) accrue on eligible services; business accounts may be excluded.
H) AGE, JURISDICTION & ARBITRATION
• Services are for adults 18+; minors require parental consent.
• Ontario law governs these terms. Disputes may be resolved by arbitration in Ontario (subject to applicable law).
I) CHANGES
• We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated in advance (e.g., 7 days). Continued use means acceptance of the update.

- Scope: website, mobile app, and services.
- Data we collect: contact details, addresses, payment & transactional data; service preferences; communications; device/technical info; location; cookies; optional user-generated content; marketing preferences.
- Uses: provide and improve services; order status updates; prevent/address issues; monitor usage; promotions (opt-in); and lawful compliance.
- Sharing: we don’t sell personal info. Limited sharing with service providers and as required by law.
- Security: stored on industry-standard systems; no system is perfect.
- Storage location: servers may be located outside Canada.
- Minors: services intended for 18+.
- Your rights: access, correction, deletion on request (subject to legal requirements). Accounts inactive for extended periods may be closed.
